Looking for an exciting and engaging summer program for your child? Look no further than the International School of Hellerup Summer Programme! Designed for children aged 4-12, our seven-week programme from June 26th to August 11th is packed with learning, adventure, friendship, and fun in a caring and supportive environment.
Whether your child is an ISH student, attends another school, or is visiting the Copenhagen area, our qualified teachers and pedagogues are committed to ensuring a memorable and enriching experience. With plenty of opportunities to make new friends, learn new skills, have fun, and stay healthy, your child will enjoy every moment of the ISH Summer Programme.
We offer two programs to choose from: Summer CARE for children aged 4-10, featuring daily activities, crafts, and educational games that are tailored to students' interests and Summer CAMPS for children aged 7-12, consisting of week-long, thematic workshops led by qualified teachers or coaches. Both programs are available from June 26th to August 4th (August 11th for ISH families) on weekdays.
You can sign up your child for the weeks that suit your family's schedule, and even mix and match CARE and CAMP weeks based on your child's interests and needs. Early registration is encouraged, as some of our summer camps have limited spots available. Registration closes on June 11th, 2023. If you register by May 15th, you'll receive an automatic Early Bird discount on your course fees, and the first 50 students to sign up will receive a free ISH Summer Programme T-shirt!

ISH Summer CARE Programme
Our Summer CARE Programme is designed for children aged 4-10 and is filled with daily activities such as crafts and educational games. Our child-centred approach ensures that each child's unique interests are taken into account and incorporated into the activities. Our qualified and experienced teachers are committed to creating a supportive and safe environment for your child to learn, grow, and have fun this summer.
ISH Summer CAMP Programme
Our summer CAMP programme is designed for children aged 7-12 and consists of a series of thematic camps focused on a variety of subjects, including music, science, photography, and more. Each camp provides a unique and engaging learning experience, tailored to the interests and needs of the participating students.
Why the ISH Summer Programme?
I was completely happy about such a great camp in the summertime. My daughter learnt new skills, she visited new places and got a new experience. Also she overcame her fear to go into the sea water since she followed her friends! And the best memory was her birthday party which was kindly organised by Mrs Rashmi with her helpers. Thank you a lot for your important work opening such a creative camp for our children!

Great place to let you child spend part of the summer. The Nature Explorers Camp was great and the staff was very helpful, engaged and competent. Children were introduced to different activities and role-playing games and got to see different outdoor areas. Our son who normally goes in Danish public school had great time and would have loved to spend more of his summer here.

My son loved the week he spent at ISH summer camp. He did not know any other kids attending but this wasn't an issue as he quickly made new friends & enjoyed the activities and play opportunities. My son participated in the ISH Summer Camp 2021 dedicated to art, with works of painting, drawing, including an excursion in the forest to collect natural elements and learn how to compose them together. It was a great experience. My son could not wait to go to the field every morning, and at the end of the day, he was always satisfied with both the training part and the moments of play and recreation. The art teacher that the ISH School has selected for our children is of the highest professionalism. The organization was impeccable; all the staff dedicated to children were good and very kind. That’s the reason why we will also be there for ISH Summer Camp 2022.

ISH Summer Camp was an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend it to other parents considering it. At ISH we tried a new school, a new environment and teachers for a Summer Camp. Our daughter was 5 at that time and had a great time. At the beginning she was shy and did not know anybody, but the staff made her feel comfortable and then she settled quickly. They played outside and made a lot of arts and crafts, she made new friendships, we had playdates and she is still asking me when she will go back to play with her ISH friends.
