Summer CARE Programme

The Summer CARE  Programme for students aged 4-10 consists of daily activities, crafts and educational games organised in a child-centred setting where students influence what activities will take place based on their interests.  Children learn, have fun and make new friends in a nurturing and caring environment.

Goals for the Summer CARE

  • To stimulate children in their play by exposing them to new activities, ideas, crafts and games.
  • To encourage new friendships in a safe and caring environment.
  • To accommodate working families

Practical Information:

When: June 27th  – August 5th  (August 12th for ISH families) from 8:30 – 16:30.

Where: The After-School-Care-Programme area on the lower ground floor of the International School of Hellerup.


  • Early bird fee (for registrations before May 15th, 2022): 1400 DKK per week.  
  • Regular fee: 1500 DKK per week.

The last day of enrolment is June 12th, 2022. It will be possible to enrol your child after this date, however, an administration fee of 200 DKK will be added for registrations after June 12th.

Lunches and snacks are not included in the summer CARE programme. Please pack a nutritious lunch and two healthy snacks every day.

In addition to our Summer CARE programme, we offer a Summer CAMP Programme for children aged 7-12 - a series of thematic camps within a variety of areas such as English as a second language, music, science, times travellers, exploration, nature, sports and more. It is possible to mix and match CARE and CAMP activities to suit your child’s interests and needs.
